The first bottle
When they got back from their holiday, they couldn’t let go of the idea. They decided to turn their idea into an actual product.
The first sales outlet
With the trunk full of the first production run of Flügel, they drove to Rotterdam and Amsterdam. They had their first customers. And they were a hit!
Expansion
After initially running their start-up business with the four of them, new ducks had to join the flock. Flügel took on a life of its own and was embraced by millions of fans.
Ritual
When Flügel became available in the hospitality sector and liquor stores, the Flügel ritual also developed. You know it: tap the bottle on the bar, put the cap on your nose and toast!
International expansion
Today, Flügel is a staple, and you can find the pink party duck in almost 20 countries worldwide. That's one proud duck!
